some nice things that nice people are saying about me_.svg

… One of Shantini’s most impactful contributions was the design system she defined for our team. Through her meticulous approach, she uncovered a range of inconsistencies that had crept into our applications over time. Shantini's design system wasn’t merely a style guide; it became a foundational tool that brought clarity and cohesiveness across a suite of apps. Her work enabled our team to create a more unified experience, which greatly enhanced user satisfaction and streamlined our internal processes for future development. Her eye for detail and ability to set standards truly helped us evolve, leaving a legacy that will benefit the team long after her involvement.

Christopher Cai, Head of Product, Tribe (2024)

Shantini is a highly passionate researcher who puts in her 100% into the projects that have been assigned to her. She is always looking for better ways to present data, and spares no effort in ensuring that every aspect of the project is done to the best of her ability. I've been inspired by her creativity and fresh ideas during my time at Black Dot Research, and am excited to see her progress professionally.

Melissa Chan, Manager, Black Dot Research (2022)

I was continually impressed with how she managed to understand what our customers were looking for from their online experience, Shantini developed the process of turning online enquires into paying customers by using feedback from current customers and designing simple, easy to read and to the point emails that outlined all the information they needed. She was also instrumental in creating a simple online system that tracked each stage of the process from initial contact, to organising trials to finalising them as a customer in a way that all of the staff could follow. Shantini is extremely likeable, bright, creative and is always the life and soul of the room she is in, providing a smile and a positive feeling to everyone she socialises or works with, something I feel is an invaluable trait to have both socially and in a work environment.
